Windows Firewall and firefox

I created an outbound rule in windows firewall with advanced security to allow firefox to access the internet - all protocols, all profiles, enabled but it doesn't work. But when a craeted the same rule for internet explorer everything is ok, internet works in IE. Any ideas?
