Solved Windows form: Exit automatically after end video files

How to Do (register? Visual basic? ....) For:
1) start a short movie when you start Windows, but before it opens the desktop screen;
2) the movie ends;
3) closes the window
4) opens the desktop screen

For additional accuracy: not running unattended. This situation is already known.
