Solved Windows "frames" shaking/vibrating

Hi,
Background:
Windows 7 ultimate, over HDMI to new 1080p 24" monitor, intel graphics on motherboard, running through an AVR (Denon 3313ci).

The "frames" of the windows and the taskbar have a shake/vibration. The content in the windows are fine. 3rd party programs are fine (Frame and all), video playback is fine, wallpaper is fine, screen savers are fine. When I switch the resolution to 720p the shake goes away. It is just the frames of the windows 7 elements that shake.

It is not the HDMI or the AVR as I have a PS3 running through the same AVR/cable and it has no problems.
I have tried changing refresh rate. but the intel panel only allows for 25 29 and 30 Hz, none fix the problem.
I know that the easy answer is to keep it at 720p but I bought the monitor for 1080p and I'd like to use it.

Has anyone else had this experience?

Sometimes if you have the monitor set to the wrong refresh rate it will appear to shake

Welcome newcomer !

When you connect the PC directly to the monitor does it still "shake"?

Can you please upload the MSINFO32 file?

Start> RUN> "MSINFO32" without the quotes then hit [Enter].
In "MSINFO32" go to, File> Save> name it your user-name and upload.

Update:
I found my problem, I believe. The AVR is also hooked up to a 1080i tv as well (Multiple outputs) so the computer is defaulting to interlacing the image which is why I am getting the shaking, it is a result of the interlacing. So no solution, at 1080p unless I get rid of the tv, which my wife wants to do anyway, lucky her I guess.

In the case of an interlaced image, it is due to the fact that your monitor can't refresh any faster than 60Hertz,
so the fields switch "slow" enough for you to see.

If you're getting a new display make sure it 60Hz progressive, which HD should be anyways.
