i have windows 7 home premium 64bit, gtx 460 graphics card, all updated nvidia drivers and directx 11

any suggestions? still having loads of problems even after installing dirextx 9

You are getting a TDR BSOD caused by nvlddmkm.sys, part of your Nvidia driver

Possible causes:bad RAM, incorrect RAM timings/voltages, bad Graphics card, overheating, outdated driver

Uninstall the Nvidia driver then use driver sweeper to remove leftover Nvidia files
Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

Then reinstall the Nvidia drivers
NVIDIA DRIVERS 260.99 WHQL

If the above does not work test your RAM
