 Just recently my windows side bar has crashed. I came up saying "... has stopped working." and "Searching for solutions". it would be there for a wile doing nothing. It crashed when i tried to open a gadget called HAL Windows Live Gallery
I have Windows 7 32-bit Ultimate. None of the programs with it works like "uninstall a gadget". i click them and nothing happens.

Some help would be nice.

Hi Michael, welcome to the SevenForums.

First thing to do is try to fix the system files. Run command prompt as administrator (Click Start, type command to the search field, right click command prompt and choose Run as administrator. When command prompt opens, type sfc / scannow and press enter. After scan is completed, reboot and check if sidebar is now working.

If that didn't help, try a system restore.
