Someone posted a thread on here a few days ago with a problem about steam. They had an application that stopped all unneeded services/applications while it was turned on. What application is that and what other applications can I use to better my gaming?

Hello.

I can't be 100% sure but your probably thinking about Gamebooster, that shuts down all un-needed services/applications and opens them back up at the click of a button.

Google it and you should find it no problem.
