how come randomly some days my comp says windows is not genuine what would cause this is annoys me it only disappears when i go on microsoft validation
center the web site it says it is genuine and then it goes away the writing at the bottom but what is wrong

If you are using genuine win7, random deactivation can happen because of a permissions problem in a particular registry key. Follow the steps in this MS page.

Windows 7 displays "Windows is not Genuine" with an error code of 0x80070005

Some third party software can also cause this problem.

It is an irritation and I wish I had a solid answer but I do not.

ah sure it is annoying but i quess i will just book mark the window validation website if it happens again
