It looks as if your 2Wire Wireless Adapter driver are the cause. Dated 2007, its age is enough to cause a BSOD.

Please uninstall your wireless drivers and then install a fresh, up-to-date copy.

Go to Device Manager (devmgmt.msc into the start menu), right-click on the card, and select Update Driver Software.

If it says drivers are up to date, right-click on the card and select Uninstall, then reboot.

well i went to device manager and found 2wire gateway USB#2 under network adapters and scanned it for new drivers and it said it was up to date so i did what you said and disabled and restarted and didnt receive a error message, iv always thought something was wrong with it because a lot of times it wont allow me to connect to internet and have to fix through windows troubleshooter or reboot and restart modem... however i want to still be able to use that because it is needed when i want to play a game with my friends for some reason so any idea how to fix it or update it supposedly.... besides that thanks alot for the help keep it coming

Oh, I misunderstood you. You do not actually have a wireless device? Just drivers for one?

If you do not use/need wireless then just go and disable the driver.

Go to registry (START -> type regedit.exe) and navigate to \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\2WirePCP.sys using the left hand pane. Then in the right hand pane set the value for the Start key to 4 (disabled).

Regards,
Reventon

well i use usb to connect my computer to the modem and internet rather than ethernet but do not do it wirelessly connect it directly from modem to computer so would that affect that or just disable to wireless driver

That is probably why those drivers are on your system despite you not using wireless.

In that case, update your modem drivers from the manufacturers website. The 2wirePCP.sys driver should be part of the package.

Reventon

I suggest removing the drivers completely with Driver Sweeper, then installing a fresh copy.
