Windows has wanted to restart every day for a few days now?

For some reason I keep getting a pop up for windows to restart multiple times a day for a few days now. I've already let it restart a few times, so I dont understand why it keeps requesting & trying to restart?

Any ideas?

Hello Johnny,

Is it a Windows Update restart notice like the one in the tutorial below? We did have a few updates this week that required a restart to finish. If not, what does the pop-up say?
