I just found out that my Help function does not work in my Win7 Home Premium 64-Bit. If I create a new account, Help works fine. But in my own account, no matter what I type in the search function in Help, I get nothing (0 results). How can I fix this?

Your account is corrupted. You can try the sfc repair, the repair install or the easy way open a new account and discard the old

Type cmd in search, do not hit enter. Right click and run as administrator

In cmd type sfc /scannow, that will find and correct corruption
