Hi i just bought a new computer last week its a gateway dx series and recently all my emails got hacked 2 or 3 different times so i figured it was a keylogger. Tired to get rid of it and the programs couldn't find it so i reformatted the computer back to factory settings. Everything went smooth until it started up windows it just sat on a blank screen with the windows logo nothing cameup then after 5 mins or so it went black and been like that for hours. I reboot and same thing keeps happening is there anything i can do

It wont let me do anything other than the press del to open boot menu and if i leave it it goes to the start in safemode screen then thats it black screen until i manually shut computer off

If Recovery won't complete or repair, and you cannot run it again using it's hotkey from boot, you can use the disks which you should have made during setup or can order now from Tech Support.

Or you can get a superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 - everything you need is in the blue link. Let us know if you have any questions or problems as you go.
