Windows install stalled , laptop not booting.

Hi guys!

I recently decided to format my hard drive and install windows 7 again,
I burnt an ISO to disc and started install . After coming to the format drive screen I started format during the process I lost power and laptop turned off.

Now the problem is that when I try to reboot and install it , the laptop stays on the boot screen and it doesn't proceed further , neither I can access bios to change boot settings .

Please guys help !!

Strange as it may seem, try pulling the battery out of the laptop and putting it back in.

No luck removing battery , maybe I corrupted the hard drive or BIOS in general ?

Which isn't aloowing me to either access bios setting or boot into windows 7 disc .
