Windows Installation

Dear All,
Could you let me know that, if we have windows installation on our computer and that windows currupt one day,
so what will we do? because why i ask like that? because i always try to fix first and if not help, i format and install new windows, so what we should do by avoiding format and install new windows.

First you should get a full, well working install with all of your programs installed with your personal data, pictures, documents, etc.
Now make an image of the installation with Macrium Reflect:

I use windows built in imaging and in any test I`ve done it worked perfectly.
