When I ran the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility, 2 items were there I didn't recognize.

1.(All Users) Shasta [7.01.0000.0001]

2. (All Users) SFR [7.01.0000.0003]

Any idea what these are?

BTW I ran the utility to get rid of Macrovision and Cyberlink malware.

From Windows Installer Cleanup Utility for Windows 7

NOTE: The Windows Installer Cleanup Utility has been retired by Microsoft.
While the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility resolved some installation probems, it sometimes damaged other components installed on the computer. Because of this, the tool has been removed from the Microsoft Download Center. There is currently not a replacement tool. While it may be available at 3rd party sites, it is not recommended to be used.

That's interesting. How are we expected to get rid of the garbage left behind by uninstalled programs? Cyberlink is the worst. I've got a bunch of Cyberlink AV programs when I bought an LG DVD drive. All the "Power Tools" programs are removed, but they still show on the Installed Programs menu, although clicking the kicks back an "installer not found" error.

Shasta and SFR are Kodak software for EasyShare. You probably have a kodak camera.

Try Revo uninstaller. There is a free edition (besides the paid pro one) which basically does the job. It can uninstall installed, badly installed, partially installed, partially uninstalled ... you get the idea.
