windows installer problems

Hi,

I have some problems when i need to install Java or , more important the nVidia Control display. I launch the setup and at the end a error occurs telling that all the installation succeed except the control display.. I went to the doc where the setup install the nvidia control display and other and tried to lunch manually the NvCplSetupInt.exe. Then after a while a error occurs : http://i.imagehost.org/0942/nvidiacontrolpanel.jpg
I traduce a little :" Impossible to open this package of installation. Verified that it exist and that you allowed to access this files or verified that your package of installation is valid"

On services.msc windows installer is set on automatic by the way ... I had the same problems on specific installation on windows xp and now i had the same on seven..help !

Ok whatever you tried to install was either not a valid win 43 installer, or it was missing. Download it again and re-install it.

I went to the nvidia driver and download the windows 7 version .. it wont work

EDIT = I downloaded this : NVIDIA DRIVERS 191.07 WHQL

But apparently its just a problem with the control display who dont install correctly..
