windows is not genuine help

i get this on the website when i try to validate but at the bottom of my screen it says windows is not genuine but it is i bought it from pc world

on the bottom of this screen, there should be an "activate now" or something along those lines.

you miss understand when i go to activate it takes me to the website then it check my system is genuine and says it is genuine but now wait the window is not genuine is gone but why does it do that ever once and a while it says windows is not genuine

Have you tried activating windows by phone?
