Windows is not responding

since i purchased my windows7 home premium, some programs is always Not responding to windows, its been 8 months.. You guys have no solution for this? even to mozilla. please make solutin for this "Windows is not repondting to Neuz"

There are several ways to find what the problem is. The best is to go into event viewer (type eventvwr in search). Go to the windows log>application tab.

You want to look for critical errors (they have red in the left column ).

When you find them you want to look for critical errors that say app hang, app crash, or anything that relates to the problem.

When you find them please note the event ID, and the source codes and tell us what they are.

I have the same problem i just got my win7 and use it on my game flyff.

Everytime i play this game. Every minute i'm getting this "Neuz not responding" so annoying i tried to look for a solution none of them helps.

The program Neuz.exe version 3.8.22.1 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
