Solved Windows keeps restarting for no reason.

Everytime I try to use the Recycle Bin, Windows Media Player, or try to go into my system properties it says "Windows Explorer has stopped woking" and "Windows Explorer is restarting". Its starting to get really annoying, I have experienced this problem the last few days.

Was there any changes made prior to this issue?

In addition to the fixes ICit2lol suggested, you can also try these steps, as well.

Step 1: Check if the issue repeats in safe mode.

Step 2: If the issue does not happen in safe mode, then check in clean boot. “How to perform Clean Boot”

Note: Please ensure that the computer is set to start as usual by following the step 7 from the article.

Step 3: Disable automatic Restart.

a. Start/Run (Press Windows+R tab from your keyboard to open Run prompt) and type SYSDM.CPL in the box after that click on Ok.

b. Under System Properties Click on Advanced tab.

c. Under Startup and Recovery click on Settings.

d. Under System Failure, Uncheck the option Automatically restart.

e. Click on Ok, Apply, Ok.

f. Please restart your computer and check your problem.

Nothing worked not even performing a clean boot. In safe mode I had no problems but when I use my administrative account or even the guest account it does not work properly. I still get "windows explorer has stopped working" and so on.

I tried everything and still Explorer keeps restarting.. its starting to get annoying because I can't go into System Properties without it restarting and stopping.

Just saying it didn't work doesn't give us much information.
What did you do and what was the results.

Example:
What didn't work?
Did the download not work?
Did the program downloaded not install?
Did the program install but wouldn't run?
We need more precise answers.

The startup repair did not find any problems. I checked my reliability history and under
"Explorer.EXE" it says

Do you get a dump file when this happens? If so, the BSOD team can analyze the files requested for a BSOD analysis and perhaps find the culprit.
