To migrate all of the data, open regedit and export the entire section:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSN Apps
This will create a reg file with all of the data for the live toolbar, including form fill button data. Simply double click that reg file on the new PC with the toolbar already installed. Took me for ever to find it as it is encrypted.
