Windows Live Mail crashes randomly ( error message too)

Hi,

I have Windows 7 Starter and I had it for 2 months now. Just lately -like few days ago- Windows Live Mail randomly just crashes and the error message pops up like "Windows Live Mail has stopped working" with details like "a program has caused to stop working, we'll find solutions if we can"

I appreciate your help. I looked through this forum, and one solution was to delete the folder "Windows Live Contact" but I don't think this is the solution.

Look in event viewer, there may be a more detailed error message.

Event viewer? If you mean "detailed" button, there wasn't any. If that's not the case, then please elaborate on that.

Control Panel>View by Icons>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer

It takes a bit to load, be patient, look in Administrative Events for any warnings or errors for Live Mail
