Hi Guy's

I had a Sony Vaio that due to a power surge cooked the Mother board. I managed to save the hard drive and now have it in a caddy. My problem is that all my emails are still on it and for the life of me I cannot work out how to retrive them. The main thing I need is the attachments that some of them have.

I have another machine running Win 7. Can I copy the mail & attachments from the Hard drive to my Windows live mail on my other machine? I guess this is all very simple but I wish I knew how!!!

Many thanks in advance

Martin

Use the import feature of WLM (File/Import) assuming you have managed to display the file menu. Navigate to the "Outlook Express" folder on the other hard drive (shown by myzr7) or copy the "Outlook Express" folder to a usb stick, CD, or directly to your new c: drive in a convenient place like "c:/Outlook Express". Then use the WLM import feature and navigate to that folder.
