Whenever I run a game like Team Fortress 2 (in full screen but I'm not sure if it happens in windowed) it will automatically open Windows Live Mail and sit there in the background until I close it. How do I fix this?

Have you restarted your computer to refresh it and make sure nothings hanging ??

Also do you have windows live mail set to start up on during system start up ??

Check those, do that and see if may clear it up. If not post back.

As sometimes it something is running in the background and you run something else that kinda POPS into place. It will cause the other one that is running in the background to pop up in front of it.

You might also want to change how windows live mail opens and in what type window. Do that by right clicking the windows live mail program. Select properties. Then in that window menu see and change where it says "Run;" make sure that says "in normal window" Then also make sure that the shortcut one above that says none. (just for now)

Restart after that and see by testing it with other things first. Then test with that exact game and see what happens.
