Using Version 2009 Build 14.0.8089.0726
This is going to sound trivial but is really not.
When closing out an open message by clicking on red X, the program quits but the message stays open. This is NOT simply inadvertently hitting the program x instead of the message x. I have tried reducing the size of the open message and moving it away from the program x, and it still happens. If I close a message using File>Close it doesn't happen, so it's something to do with the red x. This results in me having to re-open the program constantly. If no-one can solve this - is there a way to re-open the program from an open message?
I'm not a newbie, and have searched several threads looking for an answer. Thanks in advance!
