Can anybody tell me how to insert or add a picture to the body of text in a WLM reply email, my Insert > Image is greyed out.

Hi Subyroo.

Make sure you have some text in the body of your mail, even if it is just a full stop.

When using Rich Text mode WLM won't insert an image unless there is something in the text box of the mail first.
