Download the live package, install it (all or just what you want), open Live Mail, give it your email address and password for that email address when it ask and you should be done. In some cases, like with a gmail account, it will tell you that you have to change a setting or two in your email account. For gmail, it told me exactly which one. Its a lot simpler than Office Outlook, which is the only piece of software I could never figure out how to use. As always if you have a problem or just a question in general, feel free to ask.
