Any one else notice with WLM, that some of your contacts are missing, and or offline?

I have about 10 people that are always signed in, that are offline, or Busy.

A few of my friends are talking to me, but they appear as offline to me, and vise versa.

Anyone experiencing the same?

As a test, is the problem also occurring in Live Messenger Web - in a browser session I mean, as opposed to Messenger program itself .
