Windows Logon Screen [Win7 Pro]

Good morning/evening, I'm trying to change the logon screen for my windows 7 pro, x64. Is there a way to get rid of "Administrator" AKA username? Also the little arrow next to the password box? I've found this in authui.dll but when I delete them or change them to something blank, nothing changed?

My logon screen:

I know how to take ownership and how to replace. I just need to know the line's of code or location where I can edit/delete this.

I know, they've been having a crazy login bug for a week. I can't get on with my problem either. But JDC already replied to your query twice. If you're still having issues, Jeyneko's suggestion looks good.
