I deleted an Account under Mail 2012. When mail starts - it still tries to access that phantom account. Once the Mail program is running and I "refresh" - that account is not seen nor attempted to be accessed. It only tries to log into that deleted account at startup. I ran the Repair Utility and my copy is healthy.
Somehow, even though the mail account was deleted... at start-up, mail tries to load that phantom account.
