Windows manage for disk drives

When I right click on "My Computer" select "Manage" I get this error message.

Odd.... do a sfc scan,

Go Start>All Programs>Accessories right click Command Prompt and click Run as Administrator, then type "sfc /scannow" (no quotes) post back with the result

I get the same error message when I try to open manage.

Ok so you have errors... but windows thinks it fixed them. Obviously this isn't true.... Do you have a Windows 7 Disk? or did it come preinstalled?
