Windows management instrumentation ( WMI ) information corrupted

The sharing tab of USB-KEY Dial & Dial-up connection properties says " WMI Information corrupted . Use system restore ."

After restoring to earlier restore point , an error message comes saying " System restore did not complete successfully ":mad:

I could if I knew what was causing it, but it could be your hard drive failing, corruption caused by malware
There are a lot o possibilities to the source of your problem.

Could you give me some more specific information about this usb dialup device?

I guess my Hard disks are OK . I had full scan an hour ago and deleted 5 malwares !! The USB KEY Dial is " ChinaNet Client " Version 2.1.0 Shown below
