windows media not working

hello
hope some one can help my windows media wont play movies
also when i install progs like nero divx the disc to open files on my phone and my camera wont work
hope some one can help

1. Update system specs in your profile, that's the most basic of things you need to do in order to get better help

2. Please describe your problem in detail. Did you upgrade from Vista to 7 or did a clean install? Do you use any codec packs (if yes which ones)?

3. There is no such thing as nero divx, please describe in detail which part of the Nero Suite you're trying to use.
