Windows Media Player Lagging Sound when gaming

hey guys

not sure what section this belongs in o.o

this is really hard to explain, basically, whenever i play a "resource intensive" game ( which isnt really resource intensive ), the game runs without a hitch, fine sound, high fps, no issues

But Windows Media player in the background will randomly start "lagging behind with sound" the sound will start how do i say "skipping". but the video isnt lagging. and when i tab out of the game. it goes straight back to normal. im lost

Why are you running windows media player while playing a game ?

Without some good specs, it`s totally normal.

Stop running WMP while you`re gaming.
