windows media player view

I just recently started having a problem with my windows media player constantly opening up in library mode, when it used to open up in now playing mode. I remember a thread awhile back with same problem but cant remember if it was solved and if so how.

1. Right click on the WMP shortcut and click properties.

2. In the Target box Add /Task NowPlaying to the end.

3.Click ok.

Should look like this.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe" /Task NowPlaying

After following your suggestion, it didn't work....that is until I opened WMP from the programs list then it opened just fine. The shortcut in task bar still opened up in library mode. Once I removed that shortcut and the re-pinned to task bar it opens like I want it to. Thanks dude...your a life saver.
