When you "opened" the computer, did you remove a side panel? If so, did you disconnect, uplug, the power source before removal?

Not to forget, did you touch a metal bit of the case or have a anti-static band on.

As static can really cause a mess.

If you unlatched and lifted off your CPU without repasting the heatsink then you may have an overheating problem. You should study some videos you google about repasting your CPU model to see how to assure it's attached correctly, check that and the paste condition, repaste it if necessary.

Obviously you must take the utmost care when accessing components inside. If you'd fried your mobo by allowing a static shock to jump from your fingers by working on carpet, or not touching the case first before reaching inside, then it probably wouldn't start up. So I'm guessing that you may not have seated the CPU correctly or it needs repasting because it's overheating and shutting down.

I have found the problem
i have applied glue to the heat sinker that is why i had problem

Do you mean paste? The Heat Sink uses a specialized type of heatsink paste you can buy at any tech store.

If you actually used glue then it may be ruined but if you can separate the CPU from heat sink and remove the residual using alcohol swabs, then it might be salvageable for reapplying the correct paste compound.
