I partitioned my hard disk so that there are two drives, C & D which are both primary. There's also a logical-recovery partition at the end of the drive that's hidden. Now the problem is I chose to install win 7 onto drive D from within xp. Everything was fine until I noticed that the win 7 labels it's root drive as D, not C. Is there some way to make windows relabel the drives?

All of my systems still run fastest on XP 32-bit for the most part. Win7 is fun to play with, but I still prefer XP for raw speed, security, and functionality.
Thanks, that helped a lot.

How do you mark a thread a solved?
