windows popup saying this error

i tried to change some settings in control panels turn off windows feature when a popup came up saying my windows 7 64bit isnt genuine but my windows is prebuilt into the machine??

David have you had this machine from new?? if not check the COA sticker on the machine and see if it matches the key in that report.

Now there are some of us who can tell which is what when a wrong copy has been installed on a board by reading those numbers quoted in the Windows ID info.

its a refurbished machine dell second hand from ebay jellybean keyfinder found with windows key every time i reinstall windows again it matches the key on the sticker outside??

Ok mate now try the Showkey program too and lets see if it come up the same as Jelly bean

Try these and this http://www.belarc.com/products_belarc_advisor if they all come up trumps then you must have the correct key Showkey I find the best though.

looking at that report it would appear that your rootkit infection has left behind remnants.
It has also not helped that you have run multilple cleaners and repair tools.

There is nothing wrong with the key that i can see.
allthough there is huge chunk of spurious code, the remnants i spoke of earlier
FYI that error code relates to - unable to reach the activation server.
remove your 3rd party firewall (possibly a rule you set up is blocking it?), MS's will kick in.

I would suggest you perform a clean install, from external media NOT from the recovery partition, as you seem somewhat security conscious.
