What would you do if your having problems can't seem fix. Whats recomended here? Clean oem install of windows (thinking) or maybe just install a new operating system on another partition and transfer everything over. Im worried its something I can't find in the old crap. I wouldn't care to do fresh. Just wonder at what point you decide to do that. In past Ive had trouble with these kinds of things. So Im worried I mess it up. Oem pretty simple right? I can't find the guide on here.

That would depend entirely on what type of problem your having. You can do an inplace reinstall repair. You can find the TuT here

If there is a problem that just cannot be fixed then a clean instead is called for. As to putting another OS on to another drive it would be counter productive because you would still have the problem on the original drive. If it is because you have not backed up all of your data and files then yes install the second OS prior to the first so that you can move all your files and data over to the new built.
