Solved Windows Recovery Options

Would like to know on why my computer and mouse just suddenly stops working when i'm entering the Windows Recovery Options screen, I tried plugging both of them on A different area and still nothing. I wanna do A startup repair (If you saw my previous post) since im having A problem with my computer.
