Windows Scan Defragmentation-Unfixable errors

Hi guys,
I get the window (see: attachment) keep popping out on my screen. I tried to Defragment my HD, but I got 5 errors, that I can't fix without BUYING advanced module of Windows Scan. What should I do? (I won't spend money, obviously) Should I just uninstall WindowsScan and pretend it never happened, fix the issue with other program or you have some other solution?

What?! that's not a windows message, it's probably a virus, i suggest you do a full scan with malwarebytes antimalware in "Safe Mode with Network".

Again, that is NOT a legitimate Windows message.
