Windows Security Center - error 1079

I have tried lots of solutions and the problem has persisted. I am in the process of getting a replacement Hard Drive.

OK so I got a replacement Back up hard drive. I started to back up my files on it and once again it got about 60% through and then a blue screen with text appeared and windows shut down and restarted. Leads me to believe its my computer not the hard drive.

Any idea why?

Its seems the external hard drive problem has resolved itself. Once again not sure how, but all is well.
