Hello,
I don't have an answer but I do have a similiar problem. I upgraded from XP Pro to Windows 7 Pro 32 bit on my netbook. I created a bootable USB, copied the windows 7 files onto it and everything worked OK. However, when I bootup I also get the Boot Manager screen offering me 2 options:
Windows 7
Windows setup (EMS enabled)
which goes ahead and boot into Windows 7 after a countdown. Why would I ever want to boot into Winsdows setup? I would like to know if there is a proper way to bypass this boot manager screen. When I was installing the upgrade, I did see a small 40mb partition which was "reserved by the OEM" which I could not use, is that anything to do with it?
