Hi everyone,
I have a Windows 7 Professional computer with 1 hard drive installed. I recently partitioned the hard drive to have two sections, 1 for my Windows 7 installation and one (20) GB Vista partition. While trying to install Vista, something went wrong so I had to force shut it down because the install process messed up. So all I did was restart my computer and delete the partition. Everything went fine but, whenever I boot my computer, it asks me whether I want to boot to Windows 7 or go to Windows Setup Rollback? How do I get rid of this?

the boot tab should look pretty much identical to this one.

The bootmgr likely knows the vista installation failed and is trying to ask you for input on handling it. I'm guessing you just planned on reformatting that partition anyway.
