Windows Seven Clean install format

Ok i have 2 hard drives on my pc (C: and D: ) my main hard drive with all the settings and program files is C:. so if i use clean install windows 7 will i still be able to keep my D: drive without anything being deleted off it??

Yes, and to make sure the second disk is not touched while reinstalling, just unplug it before you perform the installation.
