I really like the way the Windows forum is laid out, easier to find information. I am a new user to Windows 7 and like most users I do have some issues which I will post later after I try to resolve the problem myself.

When I first started using Windows 7 I was very discouraged but as I became more familiar with this OS I am enjoying it a lot more. After finding this forum I am a lot more comfortable with Windows 7.

I read your steps to get system info, but I cannot find UserCP (Command prompt?). I checked in control panel, user accounts but find no UserCP. I then did a search for command prompt and I got the black screen. My question is how do I find UserCP
