Windows shutdown

I am running windows 7 home premium and am having the following problem. I play the game knight online and sometimes use Vuze. If I am running either of these programs they run fine by themselves. The minute I try to run internet explorer or open another program that uses the internet, my computer shuts down. It did not use to happen but now it happens all the time.

Please help!!
