Hi,
On this new pc i have built, the Windows splash screen comes up with just 'starting windows' and then instead of the flag animation it hangs there for at least 20-30 seconds until it starts loading up. (Barely any HDD activity while its hanging). Ive used a MSI mobo that ive never used before, cant say its great quaility but i am really unsure what would cause this.
Windows was installed fine, the HDD was fully wiped pre and all drivers have been installed (Except latest bios i think).
Any suggestions?
