Windows starts ask for login password, logged in then explorer crashes

Hello,

i need help for win 7 recent issue , when i start windows it starts fine but when logged in the taskbar and everything freeze after few seconds or minutes may be , i am able to use any application if its running but cant access new app , I can use AL + CTRL +DEL but task manager also no response and hangs up,

when I restart the system from ALT +CTRL DEL , suddenly everything shows fine and unfreeze and then windows restart .

If it was my computer the first thing I would try would be a Restore Point when the computer worked as it should.

This tutorial by Brink should help.
