When I press F8 and run Startup Repair instead of Recovery console normal Windows is booting.

I have just System Reserved partition and then one C: partition.

Here's my BCD to check - what should be corrected here ?

F8 should get you to a screen where you have several choices, including safe mode. If you boot directly to Windows 7 you might need to press F8 sooner in the boot process.

Oh. ok.
In boot manager:
Your path to the boot manger is wrong, it should be something like \Windows\system32\winload.exe
Where did you get the GUID for the resume object? I'm not saying it's wrong, just make sure it's right.....
In boot loader:
The first boot loader says device unknown How's windows supposed to know where to read the data from?
The second boot loader only has one entry
The third boot loader had different GUIDs for recovery sequence and resume object

I suggest you try and fix the BCD with no frills first and deal with the recovery console in a second stage

I have highlighted in red the parts that I think are still not quite right. My comments are in bold. Obviously you have to have a recovery partition with the appropriate files on it in order for this to work....
