If you put in your dvd and run it up you can do a "startup" repair which will not alter your settings, docs etc.

win7
OS
win7
Boot the DVD Repair console or Repair CD to run System Restore from System Recovery Options

Next run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times with reboots.

Next test your RAM with memtest86 for 5-6 passes or overnight: RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Forums

Next test your HD with maker's Diagnostics/Repair full CD scan: Hard Drive Diagnostics Tools and Utilities (Storage) - TACKtech Corp

If it will not repair you can copy out your data this way: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console - Windows 7 Forums

Then run the Factory Recovery partition or disks, or clean reinstall: Clean Reinstall steps

So i'am back with bad news for me
i put win 7 dvd i run windows repair tool and i'am stuck at "system Recovery Option" scaning window ....i wait like this let's say 30min and i said i must go back to forum!

ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

i think it's a HDD problem

Edit
it's not a hdd problems i just boot with some live xp disk and i can copy files from C: like desktop files user data etc....

still i don't know why i cant start up normally ???
