Windows stuck at welcome screen :S

Hi, i have a big problem. Ive just finished installing BitDefender and it asked me to´restart. and i did, but then i got stuck at the welcome screen. And it keept doing it all the time, Anyone know a solution??? I'd rather not install 7, again, because i have to many apps installed. btw, i can go into safe mode, can you fix it from there???????? Ive really need some help!

Puh! I fixed it with a system restore i got a little scared there

Same problem with me.But i did not create restore point. How to solve this?
